I like helping people use the power of technology to unlock boundaries and amplify their creativity. I like to lead with curiosity, and the process of understanding people's "why" across cultures energizes me. This curiosity has taken me across industries and continents — from fashion public relations in Los Angeles, to hospitality marketing in Thailand, and to discovering the excitement from helping technical product customers do their best work here in Atlanta. Currently, I'm helping to grow Tech Square ATL, the largest membership community in the heart of Atlanta's tech scene.

In this dual role, I worked closely with the team to implement and optimize our clients’ digital strategies. I managed client relationships and strategic plan for projects to ensure timely updates, monitoring and adapting as needed.

As the first full-time marketing hire, I developed a strong understanding of customer challenges and needs by serving as the first point of contact for platform support. With this knowledge, I created content and distributed them through digital channels.

- Served as dedicated point of contact for technical support; worked closely with the company’s CTO and engineering product teams to prioritize and resolve technical issues for customers.

- Responsible for translating customer feedback into product marketing content and product strategy.

- Maintained and contributed to the company’s support documentation to empower landing page builders to do their best work.

As the first point of contact for student concerns, I was responsible for student and course operations support. My goal was to consistently drive a positive experience for all incoming students. 

- Mediated conflict and diffused challenging situations as a point of escalation for any student and customer issues.

- Supported students with class launches by leading student orientation, tracking course prework, and managing  student data management tools.

- Created and implemented social instances to encourage community building and networking for over 100 students.

As the manager of the marketing department, I established the yearly marketing calendar for promotions of products and services. I maximized efficiency in all marketing operations through communication, systemization and agility.
